Remove ancient support code from nevow.guard for an API nevow
never actually had. Request.setupSession is something Woven
used. Nevow never needed it, so get rid of it.

In NevowSite, avoid popping from an empty Request.postpath if more
query segments have been consumed by a locateChild implementation
than remained. This case is possible when a previous locateChild
adds query segments.

Request.prepath will not reflect anything sensible in this case,
but this change prevents the resource traversal code from raising
an unhandled exception and preventing anything from being rendered.
