Fix crash introduced in my last commit

In commit 3adac25bc0efcf19bfa965f8be6abde66d1c598c I used a deleteLater for the object
which then removed it from the inline manager. However when closing the document the
deleteLater takes part when the inline manager has already been deleted as all is done
in the same event. Therefore when the object was deleted it tried to access the already
deleted inline object manager and crashed. Therefore the object is now deleting itself.
