Split librairies packages from evince (libevdocument1 and libevview1
package)

    - create libevview1, libevview-dev, libevdocument1, libevdocument-dev
      packages
    - regenerate debian/control
  * debian/rules: set DESTDIR to debian/tmp and create some rules for -dev
    added packages.
  * add *.install files for new packages
