Rename docs/tutorial.md to be less generic.

Description of the Change

We want to auto-import these docs into developer.ubuntu.com - the current location we have in mind is:

 https://developer.ubuntu.com/snappy/snapcraft

As 'tutorials' is the standard namespace we use for tutorials, it'd be good to rename docs/tutorial.md to something less generic.
