Rename Valmynd.Model to Valmynd.MenuModel

'ValmyndModel' seems like an okay name, but Valmynd is just a namespace,
so the name was actually 'Model'. We wouldn't expect 'GModel' to be a
reasonable name for this class, so rename it to 'Valmynd.MenuModel'.
