LP: #1761212 - Update MAAS documentation for running in an LXD container

MAAS no longer uses TGT to boot images and no longer needs loop back devices.
MAAS only needed aa_profile and cgroup LXD settings for TGT so they can be
dropped. Documentation now instructions users to create a unique profile so
unknown configuration from the default LXD profile doesn't effect MAAS.
