+ redirect to waitnextcase (for both interfaces) without case_id or operator_id
+ added switch to interface_2 if VOIP is off;
renamed waitnextcase_interface2.php ;
tabber.js replaced with bootstrap tabs + added bootstrap-tabdrop.js and required css classes to handle tabs in dropdown if tabs do not fit in single row;
rewrote code for tabs + renamed casenote and project_info
