desktop.minimal-remove: Update

For today's update, I started from a minimal chroot
sudo apt install ubuntu-desktop-minimal --install-recommends
and then I looked at the output from
sudo apt install ubuntu-desktop --install-recommends

Maybe we should sort things the same way?

This reverts commit 17073f4613033b660368bfc27978e4a4922e5a49.

There are too many issues with the wpasupplicant -> iwd
transition for us to be confident we can solve in time for
22.10 Beta

desktop-minimal: Recommend iwd

network-manager recommends iwd | wpasupplicant
which means people upgrading with wpasupplicant installed
wouldn't get iwd automatically installed without something
explicitly recommending or depending on it without an alternative
