Added the functionality from item.php into the MVC rewrite.

Rewrote the gift list piece with MVC.
 - Added Item.class.php, which abstracts database querying for the items table.
 - Added home.t.php, which is the "main menu" on the home page.
 - Added gift_list.t.php, which is the template for a list of gifts.
