Added routine to convert MET MPR data from the point_stat tool to AMET

Created a metMatcherStruct class to read MPR data output by MET into
the AMET format for use by the AMET plotting routines.

Fixed bug when creating box plot.

When updating the violin panel function, the boxplot function was also
updated. This update caused the code to crash. To fix a new panel function
had to be created which contained the panel.bwplot function rather than
just passing the panel.bwplot function to a variable named panel.

Updated ametBox to not crash when layout argument is not provided, also
fixed the violin plot to now show only the extent of the data and not
extend beyond its values.

Fixed bug where colors were not set by the user but rather set by the
script due to an extra s on the end of the argument name.

Additionally added code to evalute values in the dots argument from
the parent environment to give the actual values.

Added new function totalSecs which calculated the total # of seconds in a
timediff object. This fixed a bug in timeOverlap when the dates had more
than 1 day of overlap.

Added new method to matcherStruct averageTime which computes a weighted
average of the timeperiod for the input matcherStruct to a comparison
matcherStruct.

Added more robust test codes for timeOverlap and new test code for
averageTime.
