Remove Graphics from the desktop file categories.

Description of the change

Remove Graphics from the desktop file categories. This fixes a crash on Geeqie (an quite popular image viewer app in Universe), that reads .desktop files to list graphics applications and crashes if a desktop file its interested in doesn't have an "Exec" line. Removing "Graphics" from the Photos lens is not an issue, as it keeps its Photography tag, which ensures good Software Center visibility.
