Add support for macro plugins.

See plugins.py for a description. Essentially, this adds another macro to templa
tes.py {PLUGIN:plugin_name} that will instantiate a plugin object from rednotebo
ok/rn_plugins and call the plugin object's get_text() method, replacing the macro with this text. All plugins must inherit from plugins.RedNotebookPlugin. See rn_plugins/example_plugin.py for an example. Also included is wikipedia_anniversaries.py which grabs the day's selected anniversaries from Wikipedia.
