More Mysql work. Can now export sqlite databases to Mysql, and probably back again, without loss of information.

Added shell script that takes an argument to import a single file into a dsaccountant instance located on a ssh server. This is for basic multiuser support using sqlite databases, and it sadly requires posix to work right. Maybe you can adapt it for Windows, but you'll still need dsaccountant running on a machine with X11

Added report dialog. Reports haven't yet been updated to use the options available in the report dialog.

Fixed bug where import transactions were all being marked as synced in the view, even though their very existance in the view meant they were unsynced. Also made the register scroll down the first time it is opened.
