PPA description
Default behavior of Ubuntu Quantal's primary interface is to try to sell things: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/unity-lens-shopping/+bug/1065720
Daily builds of Wayland and Weston packages for Ubuntu Quantal from upstream git masters, using the Debian packaging info from the official Quantal packages.
Seems to work in brief testing.
To use:
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:darxus/wayland-daily
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install weston libwayland0
weston
To remove:
sudo apt-get install ppa-purge
sudo ppa-purge ppa:darxus/wayland-daily
libpam-xdg-support properly handles $XDG_RUNTIME_DIR, needed by weston. ubuntu-desktop now depends on it, so you should have it by default. (Created for bug 894391.)
