* Install GTK+ module into Multi-Arch directory. We've dropped the fallback
  patch in gtk+3.0 which looked in the old pre-MA directory. Note that this
  is not a full multi-arching as the package contains quite a lot of other
  things which would need to be split/relocated.
  - debian/gnome-themes-standard.install: Install module from new location
  - debian/control: Increase debhelper and CDBS BDs for MA support
