Hide scrollbars before unmapping them

Otherwise gtk_widget_pop_verify_invariants throws a warning about unrealizing a visible widget.

Create native windows for the scrollbar overlay and tail

As of gtk 3.10, non-native windows are clipped to their widget's allocation. The hijacked scrollbar is given a 0-width or height when horizontal) allocation to make it disappear. Using native windows makes sure that the overlay and tail are drawn regardless.

Remove the check if a GtkPaned is H/VPaned, as its deprecated in gtk 3.0. Now just use the priv->side to tell if which way its facing. If its true on the side, then allow paned to be resized. Fixes: https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/907837.
