Removed previous pv-grub versions. Per Amazon's request, only the latest

attempt to get armhf and armel data into /query *-dl.txt files

Currently, only i386 and x86_64 information is in /query *-dl.txt files.
We'd like to also get armhf data available there.

The variable ec2_arches is obtained from the published-ec2-daily.txt file
(outfile). Those arches cause failure if there are no tarballs found.

Arches in $all_arches that are not found in ec2_arches will not cause failure
if there is no uec style tarball.
