ubuntu-ec2-run: fix issue with passing --block-device-mapping

If you passed --block-device-mapping, its value was going through
to the query command, which didn't understand the input.

$ ubuntu-ec2-run --key=brickies quantal daily \
   --block-device-mapping=/dev/sdc=snap-12345::1 --dry-run
confused by argument: /dev/sdc
Failed. The following command returned failure:
  'ubuntu-cloudimg-query' '--format=%{ami}\n%{itype}\n%{summary}\n%{store}\n' '/dev/sdc' 'quantal' 'daily'
