Disable knem autoloading to avoid oops (LP: #1929187)

late.sh: Require the A100 to be in NPS=4 mode now

We're now running performance benchmarks in NPS=4 mode, which is how
these systems are configured from the factory.

Add preseed symlinks for hot-koala dgx-1

m400: drop use of workaround PPA for LP: #1926985

The equivalent SRUs have now been released into the archive. LP: #1949048

Workaround issue w/ knem-dkms

Upon install it only builds against the running kernel, which is not
necessarily the installed kernel.

Rename preseed symlinks for dgx-1-exotic-skunk

The machine is moved to a new lab with a different name. Let us rename
the symlinks to keep it working.

Support preseed when using VMs

If the VM does not have the corresponding firmware information, simply
skip the disk handling by catching KeyError.

Use the 470-server branch

470-server is now available in Ubuntu, and DGX-OS will soon migrate to it.

Bump MOFED driver version to match upcoming BaseOS release

Stop enabling proposed to install fabric-manager, it is now in -updates
