Fix OSKController.enabled property

OSKController.enabled was always True as we were missing the check for undefined.

Also s/variant/var as variant QML type is deprecated.

Force the screen to redraw after turning the display back on (LP: #1255045).
Also stop the compositor when the screen is off. Otherwise it will spin in
