TopLevelWindowModel - fix handling of prompt surfaces

Since TopLevelWindowModel swallowed SurfaceManager it must process miral messages
for *all* qtmir::MirSurfaces, not only for the top-level ones.

+ Remove unused findWindowWithSurface() method
