Fixes and improvements to test/regular/GrailFixture

GrailTest::GestureWithId wasn't returning a pointer to object inside
grail_gestures but from a copy of it instead.

Added some checks to ensure that the state of a gesture changes correctly
(begin->update[0-or-more]->end) throughout slices.
