Remove serial number from m4/gtest.m4

The serial number implies that it was copied in from some other distribution,
but it's not the case here.

Accept/reject owned touches that have already ended.

The current code would never forward accept or reject client requests to xserver
for touches that have already ended since they no longer exist in current_frame_.

Also, in XInput 2.2, you can now accept of reject touches that haven't been owned
yet. Thus there's no need for this extra (and faulty) logic.

Adding tests/x11_mocks

Split tests into integration and regular.

Integration tests take time to run, normally need to be run as root and
rely on other running processes.

Regular tests are fast, can be run without privileges and don't rely
on other running processes.
