 bugfix: FrictionPrms now includes scaling by factor of Pi

  This is to maintain consistency with BrittleBeamPrms.

  N.B. RotFrictionPrms still does not scale by Pi to ensure consistency
  with RotBondedPrms

Fixed a pile of compiler warnings (reduced from ~1200 to 492 using gcc 4.7.2. and -Wall -Wextra -pedantic). The majority of the remaining warnings (340) are "unused parameter" warnings. At least all the "extra ; " warning should be gone now.

Major cleanup of the readGeometry / loadCheckPoint / setSpatialDomain functions.
- added consistency checks for spatial domain at loading of geometry or checkpoint
- added warning messages for attempts to change spatial domain when already set
- GeometryInfo setup of snapshot & checkpoint controllers ic changed from a "push" approach when setting the spatial domain to "pull" when instatiating the snapshot / checkpoint controller.
- added warning message if snapshot / checkpoint controller is instantiated before spatial domain is set

Removed old & unused class SpawnCmd. This was a relic from the option to start the worker processes via MPI_Comm_Spawn.

Scaling of bond radii in RotBondPrms now defaults to mean radius scaling.

This is for consistency with the defaults for related IGs (BrittleBeamPrms etc.)
