Added database update.
Now when there are changes in the audio source directory , the database will be updated. More details are available in the library Module used by this app.

Just added the project on Bazaar.
Not working now :
database refresh when there are some new files in the source directory.
Removing a track from a playlist is not implemented yet.
Smartplaylist is not implemented yet.
Filtering the album list is not working. ( I depend on Ubuntu.Components.SortFilterModel (version 1.2).
The UI is not finished
