* debian/patches/99git_openssl_dtls_timer_269a2e1.patch: adapt changes from
  upstream git to version 3.02 to avoid breaking on retransmits due to some
  changes that got introduced in ASA firmware 8.4.1(11) or so. (LP: #881720)
* debian/control: the changes above look for at least openssl 1.0.0e, so make
  sure we Build-Depend on at least libssl-dev 1.0.0e (available in oneiric
  and above).
