 - Fix hang once syslog is restarted under the syslog() call.
  - All syslog entries are now atomic -- one message, one connection to syslog.
  - Minor code modifications -- log_message() to call syslog and the open/close calls:
    log_message expects() the same parameters as syslog()

- Fix crash when syslog gets reloaded under acct2syslog's log connection...
 - If action logging doesn't work the first time, reload syslog connection and
   retry.
 - Reload syslog connection on nightly reload..

- Makefile to build source tarball, and build SRPM on Redhat systems.
- Basic specfile to build (S)RPM for the release.
 - That specfile will need major rework. It's probably full of errors

- Revise daemon path for the init.d script, the daemon should be in PATH
  at release time...

- More code cleanup: remove no longer used deps on Data::Dumper, Data::HexDump.
- Remove carp statements that don't get executed in daemon mode.
