(1) Updated /usr/bin/cubic to ensure that the application is not started as a root user and that the user is a member of the sudoers group. Added appropriate error messages. (2) Updated 'usr/share/cubic/cubic.py to ensure it is not executed directly, and added a message to read the manual page for information on running Cubic from the command line. (3) Updated the man page with notes on how to run Cubic from the command line.

(1) Fixed bug #1554840 (The delete page always shows an irrelevant "To keep this file, move it..." message). (2) Fixed Bug #1560854 (Cubic does not run on KDE). Improved cubic.css to use theme independent colors. Updated usr/bin/cubic to check for sudo or root user. Ensured that the working directory is set to /usr/share/cubic so the running application has access to necessary resources. Added a statement to print the working directory in cubic.py. Added dependencies for GObject introspection data for the GStreamer Plugins Base library (gir1.2-gst-plugins-base-0.10), GTK+ graphical user interface library (gir1.2-gtk-3.0), and GObject introspection data for the VTE library (gir1.2-vte-2.90). (3) Made formatting improvements in cubic.ui. (4) Corrected misspelling of "squasfs" to "squashfs" in variable and function names. (5) Added work around for issue in Ubuntu 15.10 where the bottom edge of the Terminal is shaded. (6) Added manual page for cubic. (7) Removed outdated README.txt file.
