Description of the change

This is a small change that adds plymouth hide-splash after the chvt 1 in scripts/functions::try_failure_hooks(). This addition is made to view the messages and fetch input from the user when an array needs to be started in a degraded state. Without this change, splash hides the text and the user cannot see the messages.

I have lightly tested this on qemu. The initramfs was generated with FRAMEBUFFER=y in /etc/initramfs-tools/initramfs.conf.

Please do consider merging this for Maverick.

This was already merged in maverick, but the branch on LP is broken somehow.
