Merge lp:~csurbhi/ubuntu/maverick/e2fsprogs/e2fsprogs.fix-505719 into lp:ubuntu/maverick/e2fsprogs

This request is for adding a single word to the documentation of resize2fs.

The -p switch to resize2fs works for offline resize2fs requests which are satisfied entirely by the userspace. On the other hand an online resize2fs request is handled by the kernel. This request is for wording the documentation so that it reflects the "offline" handling by the -p switch, as requested by the bug reporter.
