Removed EntityDefinitionLoader, because I'm going to do its job elsewhere.

Added 2 icons, and setup resource file to embed them in the executable.

More UI tinkering, setting up actions, I think I fixed a syntax error in EntityDefinitionSet.

Fixed memory leak in EntityDefinitionSet.

Fleshed out EntityDefinition, should be good enough to be used by the editor.

EntityDefinitionSet now deletes stored entities when destroyed.

Started test code for adding entities to the entity set.

Refactored MapEntityDefinition to be EntityDefinition, to fit with EntityDefinitionSet's name.

Added shoddy grid rendering to GG2MapView. It's very slow, so I'm not going to improve it until I know of a faster way to do it.

Removed uic -generated header file.

uic-generated header should be removed from the repo.
