- changed from cairosvg to inkscape because it uses great font rendering
- added caching of conversion from svn->png and from png->pmv
- added (REALLY UGLY) support for multiframes svg
   - used "export to disk with lockfile" and an external script
     to change the images
   - that should be better implemented using threads in python
