Correct sign error. Taylor-Galerkin flux calculation works now.

Also, found out that about 3/4 of the compute time was taken up by
recalculating the gravity direction field (on mesh 4 with just
advection, so probably not so much for higher resolutions or with the
wave part added), so added a do_not_recalculate to the schema!

Need to postpone overwriting Q until after reconstructed the flux.

This still fails for non-zero streamline diffusion, next thing to check.
