Added the task callbacks for the msg_add function, and I still have a
little work to do. Does not compile yet, but I have to run.

Changed the (void *) mess and cleaned up the write and read to buff
functions.

Added a pack.h header to take the pack and unpack functions. Wrote all of
the unpack function for use later in the gmdb_worker. COMPILES BUT NOT
TESTED.

Updates to the packing functions and an attempt at getting this to
compile. I am going to need to fix the packing of my enums because
of they dynamic nature of enums. DOES NOT COMPILE.
