Description of the change

In fact I only needed to change one page (addremove-ppa.page). I've kept the change to the first paragraph simple. I believe that an important difference (sometimes good sometimes bad) between PPAs and the Canonical repositories is that updates are immediately available via PPAs but not usually via the Canonical repositories. I haven't attempted to cover this point. Is it worth covering?
