added zero_byte_check option to object-server

When XFS corrupts files they often end up being zero bytes, the
zero_byte_check option will try and read the first byte of any file with
non-zero 'Content-Length' meta, before serving the file. If any file
fails this test it will be quarantined and the object server will 404.
