Exclude /lib/systemd/ from snap

The snap previously included /lib/systemd/ from staged packages such as
cgroup-lite and lxd, but /lib/systemd/system/cgroup-lite.service was a
symlink to /dev/null which caused the store's review tools to fail with
"package contains external symlinks". Since this snap only needs the
lxc/lxd clients and not the associated systemd services, just exclude
the systemd services from the snap.
