Add LiveFSBuild.version.

Description of the Change

Add LiveFSBuild.version. This is part of making it possible for users (e.g. cloud-image) to set their own serial numbers for builds. The existing LiveFSBuild.version property is informational from LP's point of view, so it shouldn't be a problem to make it user-settable.
