Temp fix for tracebacks caused by rootstock.canonical.com vhost until RT 65077 is fixed

Description of the change

Until RT #65077 is fixed, rootstock.canonical.com forwards to reports.qa.ubuntu.com and causes tracebacks in the dashboard.
