Keyboard controls of the sound menu.
 - +/- 5% inc/dec
 - Arrow left/right 5% inc/dec
 - Ctlr left arrow - volume 0
 - Ctlr right arrow - Max vol

New slider.

volume control far smoother - proper use of the API for the current UI spec.

New icons now being pulled in.
