Ambiance, Radiance: Fixed grey background appears in step fields

Adjusted spinbutton.horizontal entry border-radius and removed right margin
and added a specific definition for vertical entries in spinbuttons.

- fixed internal border that disappeared when the spinbutton was selected

Ambiance, Radiance: fix checkbutton and radiobutton highlight

Currently checkbuttons highlight just the label, while radiobuttons are not
highlighted at all.

This commit adds a 1px dashed focus ring around the whole checkbutton and
radiobutton, removes the label highlight and also adds 1px bottom padding to
the label to horizontally align it with the check widget.

Ambiance, Radiance: Fixed link button mouseover

Currently, when a link button is in hover or visited state, it is styled
as a normal button.
With this changes a button.flat.link.textbutton in hover/visited state:
- inherits background-color
- sets background-image and border-image-source to none

Moreover, the label inside this button acquires a text-decoration-line: underline.

Ambiance, Radiance: Fixed focus ring for combo boxes

For linked entry widgets replaced border-image with colored border when focused.
Adjusted also:
- margin and padding to keep the widget size
- border-radius to match the one of the widget when not focused
