Catch configuration exceptions during mi::DefaultDevice construction

On device removal, DefaultInputDeviceHub stores and later restores the configuration. That config might be invalid when the device appears again. I.e. the keymap requested might have been removed from the system... To ensure that the device is still usable those exceptions are caught.

split the eglstream-kms platform into display and rendering components. The buffer allocator for this platform is mere ShmBuffers (no platform-specific buffers here). We should eventually move the ShmBuffers to mirserver, and this platform would provide no buffer allocator. (it still probably would provide some sort of platform-specific stream? still to be seen how that shapes out).
