Don't try to read /proc/pressure/{cpu,io,memory} so often.

This is not allowed by Apparmor and so results in log noise if done every
couple of minutes. I don't want to get totally hide the error either though,
so just make the period be 10 days. After all, one never knows if Chromium
will eventually use those files for something substantial in the future.
