Clean up unneeded build/stage packages.

For a start, the "on amd64,i386" condition will never evaluate to true,
because the grammar specifies AND on all selectors, not OR
(see https://snapcraft.io/docs/snapcraft-advanced-grammar).

And libdrm2, libdrm-intel1 and libpciaccess0 are available in the gnome-3-28-1804 platform snap.
