Implemented version numbering. There is a define on the top of all the things that dictated the version.
 Set the initial version of ldm to "1"
 Set the version of the gtkgreeter to "0" since it does not use the protocol yet.
 Implemented the version function on the gtk greeter so that it will exit on version conflicts (right now, always)

note that gtkgreeter is still compatible with the old ldm...

Implemented rebooting and shutting down via protocol. This allows the greeter to run as "nobody"
