UBUNTU: SAUCE: Remove iwlwifi-8000C-22.ucode

In some hardware configurations this firmware is crashing and
rendering wireless non-functional. Reverting back to the -21
ucode fixes the problem, so remove the -22 ucode.

UBUNTU: Add postinst script to update initrds

We should be invoking update-initramfs following the installation
of new linux-firmware packages to propogate relevant firmware
updates into the initrds. Add a postinst script to do this.
