Pass client object to flavor.to_profile calls

Ensure that client attribute is passed to to_profile calls,
completing some refactoring earlier during the Ocata cycle.

This resolved issues with cold migration of containers between
compute hosts.

Switch to use stable remote_client

Tempest has provided stable library remote_client under tempest.lib
since the commit Idb2206c239f25bc8b8530275e84c834233b9544b
This patch switches to use it.
