Fully rearranged SelfRunning Installer. 1.All the stage funtions that lies in the install.inc.php file has move in to agasti.inc.php file that is in the install/lib/agasti_lib directory. 2. Only the event handler funtion and some funtions that relavant to event handling process are in the install.inc.php file
