Maintain one author list in build system

Apply a technique to obtain author list from stdin when building from
source. Therefore, only one copy should be maintained.

Avoid invalid memory access when adding full MPS representation

The representation of Mandarin Phonetic Symbols consists of initial, middle,
fnal consonants (each occupies 3 bytes in UTF-8), and tone (2 bytes in
UTF-8). Therefore, we should declare 11 bytes (3*3 + 2) in zhuin_buffer.
