You can't simply comment out original constraint for custom storage configuration as that breaks Windows Server deployments. Allowing custom storage configuration with official Ubuntu and our custom CentOS, CloudLinux and Debian images. The later come with custom Curtin hooks and a support for Linux Software RAID devices.

Now that we use custom Curtin hooks for CentOS and Debian with Linux Software RAID support, there's no point in falling back to simple layout for these distros. Removed constraint.
